Location & Surroundings
The house is located on the secure Villapark Fontein, surrounded by the green nature of Curaçao. Here you can enjoy peace and quiet with a central location: the center of Willemstad is about 25 minutes by car and Hato Airport can be reached in 20 minutes.
The park is located on the historic site of the former Fontein Manor House at the foot of the mountain – the place where resistance hero Tula fought an important battle in 1695, according to tradition.
Popular beaches such as Cas Abou, Porto Marie and Daaibooi are only a few kilometers away, and the flamingos can also be admired close to Jan Kok.
In the nearby village of Tera Kora you will find a supermarket, a bakery, a pharmacy and a gas station.
From your private terrace you can enjoy the breathtaking Caribbean sunset and a great view over the azure blue sea every day. Cas Iguana has a private swimming pool that offers a lot of privacy, surrounded by an attractive terrace with a dining table, sun loungers and a barbecue for cozy evenings.
Carefree enjoyment
Holidaying is central to us. That is why we do not charge extra for:
- • Bed linen, towels and kitchen towels are sufficiently provided (no beach towels).
- Fast WLAN (Wi-Fi)
- High chair and baby cot
- Booking or reservation fees
- On the day of departure, you can use the house free of charge until your flight (until 18:00 at the latest).
- Everything is already included in the price!
In addition, the bed linen and linen are changed weekly. You hand in the used laundry and receive a fresh set from us. After all, you are on vacation!
Comfort in Cas Iguana
The house is located on the safely guarded Villapark Fontein (24/7 security) and offers every comfort:
► Bedrooms: Two spacious bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), a single bed (0.90 x 2.00 m) and air conditioning.
► Living room & Kitchen: A bright living room and a fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, large fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker and kettle.
► Extras: All windows are equipped with sun protection glazing and shutters (louvered shutters) with mosquito nets. There is a safe. The house has 220V sockets (no adapters needed). And Washing machine for your personal clothes and beach towels is provided. You can also use the ironing board and iron. For the beach, you can use the cool box with cooling elements.
► For divers: A special rinse tank and covered drying area for diving equipment are provided.
The perfect location
Villapark Fontein is the ideal base. The most beautiful beaches of Curaçao, such as Porto Mari, Cas Abao and Daaibooibaai, are just a few minutes' drive away. Restaurants, a supermarket and a gas station can also be found in the immediate vicinity.
