I would like to welcome you to my lovely villa 'Cas Bunita' at Villapark Fontein. Fontein is located in one of the quieter parts of Curaçao, with several beautiful beaches within a short drive.

The villa has a lovely private swimming pool which is located in a beautifully landscaped garden with privacy. To fully enjoy the pool and outdoor life, the villa has both a blissful palapa with lounge sofa and two terraces, one of which is covered and also equipped with a lounge set and dining table. There are also loungers at the pool.

Inside you will find a nice living room with patio doors to the patio and a partial open kitchen. There are two bedrooms in the villa available for rental. The master bedroom has a private terrace and bathroom and a double bed. The second bedroom has two single beds and a separate bathroom. There is one separate toilet in the villa. Both bedrooms have air conditioning.

Location and surroundings: Cas Bunita is located at Villapark Fontein. The park is guarded 24/7 and is only accessible through a barrier. Villapark Fontein is located in the middle of Curaçao and therefore a great base to explore the entire island. Some of Curaçao's most beautiful beaches are located a short distance from the park. Think of Porto Marie, Cas Abou, Daaibooi, Karakter and the snorkeling paradise Lagun. Furthermore, it is surrounded by beautiful flora and fauna and both the Christoffel National Park with the Christoffel Mountain and the Shete Boka Park are nearby. A bakery, supermarket, ATM, gas station and pharmacy are a 5-minute drive away. There are also local 'snackies' and smoothie bars nearby.

My name is Sylvia and I am the proud owner of Cas Bunita from April 2023.
After my brother and his wife emigrated to Curaçao 12 years ago, I come here several times a year. The island has now stolen my heart!
The beaches, people and culture, the relaxed life and of course the wonderful tropical weather, who doesn't love that? It now really feels like coming home. I therefore hope that Cas Bunita will also give you the feeling of coming home!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
