Kas di Joe is a comfortable and practical accommodation located in Daniel, Curaçao that offers space for up to 4 (adult) people. From mid-2024, the holiday home will be finished and we are happy to share our nice place with you. We strive to provide our guests with a home away from home experience with personal attention. Kas di Joe is part of an upcoming resort right next to the Kunuku Aquaresort. The property is very centrally located on the wind and offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. On the ground floor is the living room with air conditioning, the dining room, the kitchen, a toilet and the washing machine. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and air conditioning. The master bedroom gives access to a nice balcony with a luxurious 2-person rocking chair. The bathroom is also located upstairs.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Rates & Conditions Kas di Joe

Price per night: € 89.00 (minimum stay = 5 nights) Capacity: Maximum 4 adults (and 1 baby or toddler).

Included in the price:

Use of bed linen and towels (for stays longer than a week: change 1x per week).

Water consumption and sales tax (VAT).

Final cleaning.

Access to the private pool and tropical garden.

Please note: For stays longer than 1 week, extra interim cleaning is possible in consultation with the manager (at an additional cost).

Electricity: Electricity is precious in Curaçao. To keep our prices fair, we calculate consumption based on the actual cost price. The meter readings are taken on arrival and departure. The consumption will be deducted from the deposit of € 250.00 at check-out.

Payment and Deposit

Deposit: 25% of the total travel sum to be paid upon booking.

Balance payment: The remaining amount (75%) must be paid no later than 60 days before arrival.

Security deposit: A deposit of € 250.00 is due (transfer in advance or cash on arrival). After deduction of electricity costs, the deposit will be refunded within 14 days.

Cancellation Guidelines

100% refund if cancelled up to 60 days before arrival.

50% refund if cancelled between 60 and 31 days before arrival.

0% refund if cancelled within 30 days of arrival.
