The property is located in the beautiful Coral Estate Resort. The resort consists of many beautiful houses in various styles and is surrounded by the typical nature of Curaçao. Within the resort you can go to Karakter Beach with a nice restaurant and bar. Within a radius of 5 to 20 kilometers from the resort are several beaches with a crystal clear sea where you can enjoy the day, such as Porto Marie Beach, Daaibooi Beach or Cas Abao Beach. There are also several special places to visit such as plantation Jan Kok and the flamingo reserve. There are small supermarkets within 5 kilometers and a large supermarket (Centrum Piscadera) about 15 kilometers from your house. Do not forget to rent a car in time, because public transport does not reach the resort and many places on the island. You can always find something fun to do if you want, but you can also stay in your hammock all day. It's all up to you!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Coral Estate holiday home has a basic rent for the first 4 guests. Each additional guest pays € 30.00 p.p.p.n. extra. This must be paid at the time of booking.

By completing the booking, you agree to the rental conditions of NOOM B.V. The full terms and conditions are available on request.

Summary of the general rental conditions:

The accommodation may not be used by more than the number of adults and children specified in your reservation.
All guests adhere to the "good neighbor policy" of NOOM B.V. and will refrain from illegal activities. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00.
NOOM B.V. does not allow pets unless specifically stated in your reservation.
The tenant must be at least 21 years old (or the minimum age indicated for renting the accommodation, if different). Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Smoking (including shisha) is not allowed in the accommodation and on the premises.
Commercial photography or filming is not permitted on the property or on the premises.
The tenant is liable for any damage to and in the accommodation and on the premises and agrees to charge the charge to the credit card/deposit on file in case of damage during the stay.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within 24 hours of booking, you will receive a full refund. After that (unless otherwise stated), if you cancel 30 or more days before the first night of your reservation, you will receive a refund of the amount you made, minus the reservation fee. No refunds will be given for no-shows or if you cancel less than 30 days before the first night.
We recommend that you purchase travel and cancellation insurance to protect against charges if you need to cancel your reservation for an insurance reason.
