Villa Vesta is located in the village of Majkusi in the green interior of Istria, about 17 km from Porec and the beaches, with the nearest restaurant and shop in Baderna, 5 km away. The villa's proximity to Porec, Novigrad, Motovun and Pazin ensures that the lively pulse of city life is never too far away.

The house is located on the edge of the forest on a fenced plot of 784m2 and offers guests the following outdoor facilities: a 40m2 swimming pool, sun loungers, a well-kept lawn, a covered terrace next to the pool with a barbecue and 2 parking spaces. For those who prefer to spend their holidays in the not so hot months before or after the summer season, the pool can be heated on request.

Villa Casa Vesta for 4 people is a modern, newly built holiday home with a living area of 110m2, all on the ground floor. This beautiful villa is a combination of a rustic stone exterior and a modern interior with neutral colors and details. It offers a spacious living room with access to the outside, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen, all in one room, two bedrooms each with its own bathroom and access to the pool, and a separate toilet. The whole house is air-conditioned and has strong Starlink internet.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Our rental prices are subject to the Villa Travel booking and rental conditions holiday homes, which you will receive upon confirmation of the booking.

The most important 2 parts of this are Cancellation and Payment:
1. Cancellation must be made in writing.
2. In case of cancellation by the Renter, the following costs will be charged:
- up to 56 days before departure: the deposit:
- Day 56 before departure or later: the full rental fee.
3. The day on which the written cancellation is received by the Lessor is decisive.
4. The Renter is recommended to take out cancellation insurance in time.

We ask for a deposit of 30% (to be paid in advance and directly via a payment link from Mollie). The remainder must be paid 8 weeks before departure.
