Villa Irena is located just 5 km from the center of Porec, not far from the tourist resort of Zelena Laguna and the Bijela Uvala campsite. The nearest beach is only 800 m away. Thanks to its location, the house is only a few minutes' drive from shops, restaurants, ATMs, children's playgrounds and other amenities.

This beautiful holiday home, built in the autochthonous Istrian style and located in a fenced, landscaped garden of 4000 m2 surrounded by greenery, offers guests a 40 m2 swimming pool, sun loungers, a well-kept lawn, a covered terrace next to the pool and several parking spaces.

Villa Irena for 4 people with a total area of 160 m2 is spread over two floors and consists of an air-conditioned living room with access to the terrace and garden, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and a bathroom with a shower, all on the ground floor. On the 1st floor there are two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and beautiful views of the pool and nature.

The special thing about this beautiful villa is the large, fully fenced garden that offers absolute privacy.

Youth groups (up to 27 years) are not allowed and the owner occasionally comes to clean up the garden.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Our rental prices are subject to the Villa Travel booking and rental conditions holiday homes, which you will receive upon confirmation of the booking.

The most important 2 parts of this are Cancellation and Payment:
1. Cancellation must be made in writing.
2. In case of cancellation by the Renter, the following costs will be charged:
- up to 56 days before departure: the deposit:
- Day 56 before departure or later: the full rental fee.
3. The day on which the written cancellation is received by the Lessor is decisive.
4. The Renter is recommended to take out cancellation insurance in time.

We ask for a deposit of 30% (to be paid in advance and directly via a payment link from Mollie). The remainder must be paid 8 weeks before departure.
