Located in the picturesque town of Brsec in the beautiful Kvarner Bay, Villa Belici offers the perfect place to relax with family or friends. With a capacity of 12 people in 6 spacious bedrooms, the villa offers everything you need for an enjoyable holiday with your loved ones.

The fenced property offers complete privacy and creates a peaceful environment for your stay. The pool, surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and an outdoor shower, is the perfect place to relax with breathtaking views that will take your breath away. Enjoy your stay on the outdoor terrace with barbecue, outdoor dining area and private vegetable garden.

Private parking for 3 cars and a garage for 2 cars ensure comfort during your stay. Other amenities include a sauna, table tennis, football, and a wine cellar, which offer a variety of entertainment options.

The ground floor of the villa consists of a spacious open-plan living room, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. There are also two comfortable bedrooms and a separate toilet on this floor. On the first floor there are four more bedrooms, each with a double bed, TV, private bathroom and access to the terrace.

Groups of young people under the age of 26 are expressly prohibited!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Our rental prices are subject to the Villa Travel booking and rental conditions holiday homes, which you will receive upon confirmation of the booking.

The most important 2 parts of this are Cancellation and Payment:
1. Cancellation must be made in writing.
2. In case of cancellation by the Renter, the following costs will be charged:
- up to 56 days before departure: the deposit:
- Day 56 before departure or later: the full rental fee.
3. The day on which the written cancellation is received by the Lessor is decisive.
4. The Renter is recommended to take out cancellation insurance in time.

We ask for a deposit of 30% (to be paid in advance and directly via a payment link from Mollie). The remainder must be paid 8 weeks before departure.
