Our rental prices are subject to our booking and rental conditions for holiday homes, which you will receive upon booking.

Cancellation policy
1. Cancellation must be made in writing.
2. In case of cancellation by the Renter, the following costs will be charged:
- up to 56 days before departure: the deposit:
- Day 56 before departure or later: the full rental fee.
3. The day on which the written cancellation is received by the Lessor is decisive.
4. The Renter is recommended to take out cancellation insurance in good time. We ask for a deposit of 30% and the remainder must be paid 8 weeks before departure.
