Very nice apartment in the center of Porec, barely 200 meters from the sea. Located in quiet side street.
The apartment is completely newly built and equipped with Toshiba air conditioning and every comfort. Category is 4 stars (Istria Tourist Office). Suitable for 2 people.

Entrance hall, living room, luxurious open kitchen, 1 bedroom with double bed, modern bathroom with spacious walk-in shower. Large terrace with privacy and equipped with garden furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge/freezer, hob, oven, and everything you need for a nice holiday (cutlery, crockery, pans, glasses, coffee machine, kettle etc).
In the living room there is a modern comfortable corner sofa and television. Pets are not allowed.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for whatever reason, the tenant is unable or unwilling to accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must inform the landlord immediately. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed to the landlord in writing or by email.If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will still owe 30% of the rent; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks until the start date of the rental period 50%. If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will no longer use the rented property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
