Comfortable detached house with large enclosed garden, several terraces, private driveway with a lockable garage. The quiet village of Nova Vas is located 5 km from Porec and is easily accessible by car. The nearest beach is 6 km away. Supermarket, cafe, post office and church within 5 minutes walking distance from the house. Rental only to families (maximum 6 people).

On arrival we require the passport details of all guests so that you can be checked in with the local authorities. This is required by law and also in your interest in the event of an emergency. We take care of the tourist tax.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Rental exclusively to families. Pets in consultation.
The price includes water, electricity and air conditioning, use, bed linen, bath towels, use of washing machine and tourist tax. Dogs are charged 10 euros per night.
The deposit is € 300. The final cleaning is included in the price, if you leave the house neat and tidy. Otherwise, a cleaning fee of €150 will be charged.

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
