Villa Liznjan (2273) is situated in Liznjan (Region Istria), which is a small town near Medulin in the southern Istria . It offers accomodation for 8 guests and it stretches on two floors, ground floor and first floor. The whole Villa has 180m2. It has one spacious living room with satv tv, a kitchen with all the necessary appliances, coffe machine, dishwasher, micorawave.There are four bedrooms, two have double beds, one room has two single beds, and the last one one single bed.

The outdoor offers dinign table with barbecue and a private pool, available onyl for the guests that book the villa.

During the summertime Liznjan organizes many festivities.It is an ideal place for nature lovers and for those who want to relax away from the traffic, but at the same time be close to the center of entertainment. Liznjaj is an undiscovered jewel. In front of it extends a small island called Levan. It is located beneath its coasts, with a beautiful sandy beach.

For fixed confirmed reservations for private accommodation units, the date on which the written cancellation is received represents the basis for the calculation of costs as follows:

For a reservation cancelled up to 30 days prior to the beginning date of the service 15% of the total amount of the reservation and a minimum of 15 Euro if the total amount of the reservation is under 50 Euro will be charged
For a reservation cancelled from 29 to 22 days prior to the beginning date of the service 30% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged
For a reservation cancelled from 21 to 15 days prior to the beginning date of the service 60% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged
For a reservation cancelled from 14 to 8 days prior to the beginning date of the service 80% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged
For a reservation cancelled from 7 to 0 days prior to the beginning date of the service 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged
