Beautiful months with lots of SUN from April to October.
Dear guests. If you choose our house as a holiday destination, you will not regret it. It is a lovely quiet place under the sun and close to beautiful villages and the sea. Restaurants and small shops are within walking distance of the house.
Our villa stands on 2200m2 of land and is surrounded by trees. You reach it via a country road. It has 2 large bedrooms, a beautiful kitchen and a luxurious spacious bathroom. You have a lot of privacy and it is wonderfully quiet. The floors are marble and the bedroom and living room have doors opening onto the vine-covered patio with a large table with 4 wicker chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped and has granite countertops. There is a microwave and oven. There is also a BBQ and electric grill on the terrace.
The bathroom is spacious and has a walk-in (rain) shower and 2 sinks. The house is completely on the ground floor and therefore also suitable for people with a disability.
In the living room there is a TV with all Dutch and foreign channels. There is unlimited WIFI 5 G available.
We have wooden shutters on the windows and garden doors so that the house stays nice and cool inside in the summer months.
From the end of September it can be a bit cooler in the evening, then it is also wonderful to relax by the wood stove. The driveway of the house has a pergola where kiwi and grapes grow and has the possibility to park 2 cars. Around the house is a natural stone driveway and garden path.
Behind the house on a large oak tree hangs a 2-person hammock and garden chairs so that you can optimally enjoy the sun and shade.
The sea is only 3 km away, as is the village of Medulin. In the village there is a large supermarket where all groceries can be done. You can also choose to go to the daily market of Pula where you will be amazed by the colors and scents of the products on offer.
The house is 6 km away from the beautiful town of Pula and about 12 km from the airport. Ryanair, Air Berlin, Easy Jet and Air Croacia flights fly daily to Pula. From Rotterdam there are very cheap transavia flights to Pula. If necessary, we can pick you up from the airport. We can also arrange childcare and possibly trips for you so that you can have a wonderful carefree holiday in our romantic villa.
There is 5G WIFI in the house. You will receive the code upon arrival. The beds are made upon arrival . You will also receive extra bed linen, kitchen linen and bath towels upon arrival. However, you must bring your own beach towels.
