Romantic Country House 'St. Petra'

     
Enjoy a  wonderful  holiday in our country cottage close to beautiful beaches and beautiful villages.  Spring (April to June) and autumn are also beautiful in Istria!
If you choose our country house as your holiday destination, you will not regret it. It is a lovely quiet place under the sun and close to beautiful villages and the sea. Restaurants and small shops are within walking distance of the house.

Our country cottage stands on 2200m2 of land and is surrounded by trees. You get there via a dirt road. It has 2 large bedrooms, a beautiful kitchen and a luxurious spacious bathroom. You have a lot of privacy and it is wonderfully quiet. The floors are marble and the bedroom and living room have patio doors leading out to the grapevine-overgrown patio where there is a large table with 4 wicker chairs. The kitchen is fully fitted and has granite countertops. There is a microwave and oven. There is also a BBQ and electric grill on the terrace. The house has mosquito nets and doors throughout for maximum comfort. Air conditioning is available. 
The bathroom is spacious and has a walk-in (rain) shower and 2 sinks. The house is completely on one level and therefore also suitable for people with disabilities.

In the living room there is a smart TV that is connected to 100 domestic and foreign channels. There is unlimited WIFI fiber available.
We have wooden shutters on the windows and garden doors so that the house stays nice and cool inside in the summer months. 
From the end of September it can be a bit cooler in the evening, then it is also wonderful to relax by the wood stove. The driveway of the house has a pergola where kiwi and grapes grow and has the possibility to place 2 cars. Around the house is a natural stone driveway and garden path.
Behind the house on a large oak tree hangs a 2 person hammock and garden chairs so that you can fully enjoy the sun and shade. If you come with your dog, it can run around in the garden enclosed with mesh and natural vegetation. 

The sea is only 3 km away, as well as the village of Medulin. In the village there is a large supermarket where all groceries can be done. You can also choose to go to the daily market of Pula where you will be amazed by the colors and scents of the products offered.
The house is 6 km away from the beautiful town of Pula. It is wonderful to do your shopping there at the daily market. 

There is fiber optic WIFI in the house. (500 MB) You will receive the code upon arrival. The beds are made on arrival. Extra bed linen, kitchen linen and bath towels are also provided upon arrival. However, you must bring your own beach towels.
