Villa Belci is a newly built, modern holiday home on a hill with a beautiful panoramic view of the greenery of Istria. It is located near Pazin and only a 25-minute drive from Porec and beautiful beaches.

In the private, fully fenced garden of 1400 m2 with manicured lawn, guests have at their disposal an outdoor swimming pool, a summer kitchen with a charcoal grill and a shower/toilet, sun loungers and outdoor furniture for outdoor dining. For children there is table tennis and table football, and there is also a children's playground in the immediate vicinity of the house. There are several covered parking spaces available in the garden.

This beautiful holiday home with swimming pool covers a total of 200 m² spread over two fully air-conditioned floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table. The living room leads directly to the pool, garden and covered terrace with lounge furniture. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a separate toilet. On the first floor of the house there are two more bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a spacious covered balcony with a beautiful view of the green landscape. In the living room is a sleeper / sofa suitable for 2 people.
