The ground floor houses a large kitchen, living room and 2 bedrooms, one of which is suitable for the disabled (wheelchair accessible, with an electric care bed if required). On the first floor there are 6 more double bedrooms and an additional single bedroom. Each bedroom with a bathroom (shower/toilet), one with a corner bath, offers pure luxury. On the beautifully landscaped and closed property, a 36sqm swimming pool with an outdoor shower invites you to cool off. In the garden there is also a stone grill where you can prepare delicious dishes and enjoy them in a relaxing atmosphere and natural surroundings.
All of Istria can be explored within a 25-minute drive. There are numerous family farms and households in the vicinity of the villa offering authentic dishes and experiences.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy
It is possible to increase occupation up to 22 people, upon agreement with owner.
Cancellation and termination of stay
If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a new tenant who will enter into the contract under the same conditions, the following pro rata rents must be paid as compensation, taking into account the saved expenses, unless another rental is possible is possible:
Termination
- up to 60 days before the start of the rental period: 40% of the rental price
- up to 36 days before the start of the rental period: 60% of the rental price
- up to 7 days before the start of the rental period: 80% of the rental price
- until the day of arrival: 100% of the rental price
