Villa Oliveto is a charming two-bedroom holiday home, located in a quiet area near the town of Labin. Ideal for 4 people, it offers complete privacy and numerous amenities for relaxation and fun. Guests can enjoy the fully enclosed garden with a swimming pool, sun loungers, an outdoor shower and outdoor furniture. There is also a summer kitchen with fireplace, ideal for outdoor dining, and private parking.

The interior of the house occupies two floors. The ground floor features a cozy living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and an extra toilet. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and a spacious balcony where you can enjoy the view and the fresh air.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Our rental prices are subject to the Villa Travel booking and rental conditions holiday homes, which you will receive upon confirmation of the booking.

The most important 2 parts of this are Cancellation and Payment:
1. Cancellation must be made in writing.
2. In case of cancellation by the Renter, the following costs will be charged:
    - up to 56 days before departure: the deposit:
    - Day 56 before departure or later: the full rental fee.
3. The day on which the written cancellation is received by the Lessor is decisive.
4. The Renter is recommended to take out cancellation insurance in time.

We ask for a deposit of 30% (to be paid in advance and directly via a payment link from Mollie). The remainder must be paid 8 weeks before departure.

You will definitely visit the old town of Labin. The city is located high up with a beautiful view. It has a medieval center with narrow streets with shops, restaurants and boutiques
The city of Rabac is located east of the city of Labin on the Adriatic Sea. Here you will find beaches, clear blue water and restaurants.
