Casa Fragola is located on a fenced plot of 800 m² with a well-kept lawn. Guests have at their disposal a private 32 m² swimming pool with comfortable sun loungers, a covered terrace with a barbecue and a large wooden table for dining and socialising, and parking for two cars. This terrace, covered with the vines of Fragola, offers the perfect ambiance to relax with the aroma and taste of home-grown grapes.
Casa Fragola, with an area of 65 m², occupies two floors and can accommodate up to 4 people. On the ground floor there is a tastefully decorated living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, comfortable chairs and a bathroom with shower. The living room opens onto the terrace, ideal for a morning coffee or a cosy get-together in the evening. On the first floor, accessible by an interior and exterior stone staircase, there are two bedrooms with a double bed, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. There is also an additional bathroom with shower in the hallway.
