Villa Birdhouse is a modern and luxurious holiday home located on the outskirts of the quiet residential area of Labinci, just 7 km from the crystal clear sea and 10 km from enchanting Poreč. In the immediate vicinity of the villa, just a few minutes' drive away, there are all the main amenities: a shop just 300 meters away, typical restaurants, charming cafes, rural households and wine routes. The nearest pebble beaches and various sports activities are in the resort of Lanterna, 9 km away.

On the fenced property of 900 m², guests have at their disposal a 40 m² saltwater swimming pool, a covered terrace with dining table, a large barbecue, a separate toilet by the pool, a trampoline, a swing, table football and several parking spaces. Villa Birdhouse can accommodate up to 10 people in the spacious living area of 380 m², spread over two air-conditioned floors.

The rooms in the house are particularly spacious, with a 75 m² living room that exudes comfort thanks to the 3-meter-high ceilings and 2.4-meter-high interior doors. The ground floor features a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table with designer Ghost chairs and three comfortable sofas to relax. On the ground floor there are also two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, one of which has a bathtub in the room, as well as a separate toilet.

Poreč, one of the most famous towns on the Croatian coast, is just a few minutes' drive away. The city is known for its rich history, the beautiful UNESCO-listed Euphrasian Basilica, charming narrow streets, and numerous restaurants, cafes, and shops. Poreč also offers a wide range of sports and recreational activities, from cycling and hiking to water sports and sailing.
