Welcome to Villa Corolan, a spacious and modern holiday home surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, set on an impressive plot of over 6000 m2. This luxury villa with pool consists of three interconnecting units, each with a unique feature of modern luxury living.

The prestigious entrance with glass and high ceilings reveals the spacious character of the villa. The front unit contains a bright living, cooking and dining area with a thoughtful room layout. The kitchen, equipped with top appliances from renowned manufacturers, invites you to taste culinary delicacies that you can serve at the large table in the airy dining room.

In the rear unit there are two luxurious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.

The upper unit on the first floor has four further bedrooms, all with unobstructed views of the picturesque surroundings. Separate bathrooms create a luxurious retreat and offer maximum privacy. Freestanding bathtubs with hydromassage in the two master bedrooms further emphasize the luxurious character of this vacation home. The sleeping floors are covered with high-quality three-layer real wood parquet. Each bedroom has access to the terraces and pool.

In the spacious courtyard of Villa Corolan you will find a swimming pool, sun loungers and parasols. Various terraces create generous oases of tranquility and offer plenty of space for relaxation. There is also an outdoor shower and a separate toilet. The garden is decorated with olive trees, native herbs and a private bowling alley. The outdoor kitchen with covered seating area, gas barbecue and various parking spaces provide everything needed for a perfect holiday.

This original and carefully designed property offers complete privacy near one of the most special towns on the Croatian coast, Poreč.

Istria is the largest peninsula in Croatia and is known for its rich history, stunning natural beauty, and top-notch gastronomic delicacies. The region is filled with picturesque medieval towns such as Rovinj, Poreč, and Motovun, which delight with their charm and historical sites. Olive groves and vineyards dominate the landscape, offering visitors the chance to enjoy olive oil and wine tastings.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Our rental prices are subject to the Villa Travel booking and rental conditions holiday homes, which you will receive upon confirmation of the booking.

The most important 2 parts of this are Cancellation and Payment:
1. Cancellation must be made in writing.
2. In case of cancellation by the Renter, the following costs will be charged:
- up to 56 days before departure: the deposit:
- Day 56 before departure or later: the full rental fee.
3. The day on which the written cancellation is received by the Lessor is decisive.
4. The Renter is recommended to take out cancellation insurance in time.

We ask for a deposit of 30% (to be paid in advance and directly via a payment link from Mollie). The remainder must be paid 8 weeks before departure.
