This beautifully finished STUDIO is located in the center of Sunny Beach, with 5 min. walking distance from center and beach and entertainment area.
The apartment also has a communal swimming pool on the ground floor, which can be used.
The studio is located on the 1st floor, accessible by stairs or elevator. (Formally, BGG is indicated as the 1st floor)
It has a:

kitchen
shower, toilet, washbasin
boiler
washing machine
microwave
coffee machine
Kettle
fridge-freezer combination
and many different kitchen utensils.

The studio has a balcony with 2 seating areas, where smoking is allowed, smoking is not allowed inside.
A beautiful sofa/dining table with 2 stools and a bed of 140x200 cm wide.

The floor is with laminate, doors and rattle are made of double glazing and PVC. Closet space is available. Functional air conditioning

Welcome to one of my apartments, this time in Bulgaria.
Even though I am not physically present, my travel agent is always available, and she/he will let you in, and explain how everything works and how to be paid, and hand over the key.
Of course, I am always available if there are other questions or changes in the leave period.
The same goes for departure.
I wish you a nice time there.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

CONDITIONS:

Cancellation is possible, costs are 25% of the booking price.
Summer period from March to October no refund.
*Additional costs are:
*Rent is excluding water and electricity
*Extra cleaning in between at the expense of the tenant.
* Loss of key is 75 euros
(In case of loss of key, the landlord is not liable for the costs resulting from this, and the non-access to the rented object)
* payment must be made at least 2 weeks in advance (nl account) (late payments no longer guarantee accessibility of your booked apartment by bank transfer)
When WINTERING in Sunny Beach for (6 months consecutively), the rental price is ONLY €250 per month EXCLUDING electricity and water. based on 1-2 people.
* only (in hibernating period) pets are allowed. (doggy-cat)

*Your HOST OR *HOSTESS will take care of you and provide you with the keys. (speak English and French)
-Your rental contract which you will receive from me, by mail or app, after payment of your booking, of which you must pay 10% -as a deposit to host or hostess.
-THIS DEPOSIT will be refunded to your account by the landlord no later than 14 days after the contract date, with which it will be settled with the consumption of water & electricity in proportion.

The apartment is located 5 minutes from Flower Street
(mainstreet for bars discos restaurant's shops)
SunnyBeach is buzzing with vibrancy, is safe, cheap, and everything is close by.
Beach is within walking distance.
Boats sailing to and from Nessebar (peninsula) are a MUST to see.
very good bus transport (including direct connection with bus 22 to Bourgas)
Lots of catering establishments with many different national and international menus.
English is the language spoken by 99% of the people.
THE LEV is the currency you pay with,
100 lev is approximately 50 euro cents.
When booking you can ask questions if desired.

Sunny Beach and beyond, Bulgaria has a wealth of sights to see.
It has a rich culture of heritage, UNESCO etc etc
Lots of shops with cheap prices, souvenir shops, glasses stores, clothing stores, pharmacy and post office within easy reach. There are also several telephone shops.
Outside The beach, which is within walking distance, just like the entertainment center, there is also a good network of buses.
If you stay for months at a time, there are large local supermarkets and LIDL to do your shopping, with the well-known products.
In this day and age, everyone has Internet access and I have therefore decided not to make connections, you have to take care of this yourself.
I can certainly be reached during the holidays, be it by email or telephone.
