The house is surrounded by a private tropical garden complete with palm trees. The stay there is pleasant because it is well on the wind. The location of the house is such that privacy is optimally guaranteed and no traffic noises can be heard. The car can be parked behind a gate at the house.

It is within walking distance of the boulevard with terraces, bars, shops and restaurants (200-300 meters). The nearest possibility to swim in the sea is about 400-500 meters from the park.
