Across the street are the well-known (diving) resorts and within walking distance the most beautiful, newest public beach, Sunset Beach. The gym is located a stone's throw away, if you want to get sporty during your well-deserved holiday. A little further you will find a small shopping area, with delicious doner but also Italian ice cream from Luciano's! You can even find the Bruna, Pearl, DA and top 1 toys there. You don't have to look any further for a hairdresser, beauty treatment and pedicure, all of this can be found in the shopping center within walking distance. So you are very central when you book this accommodation!

My name is Greetje and I have been living on this beautiful island for 10 years, together with my husband and small zoo ;) We fell in love with the island from the first hour.
I know what there is to do on the island, where the nice beaches are, where you can snorkel and the best restaurants. I really enjoy walking, so you can always contact me for a nice route.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
