The villa is located in the Belnem district (Punt Vierkant). A very quiet, safe residential area with little traffic. Enjoy a very comfortable large villa with large pool and a very spacious porch in a beautiful tropical garden full of palms and other beautiful plants.
All five bedrooms have both air conditioning and fans. There are 6 beds in total. Two doubters and six queen size beds.
There is a large smart TV with full package of channels, such as NPO 1, 2 and 3 and BVN. But also all sports channels, movie channels as offered by the local telephone, internet and TV provider.
Furthermore, the villa is equipped with all comforts that will make your stay unforgettable.
The most beautiful beach in the whole of Bonaire is 50 meters away and is located at Delfins Resort. Recently the best restaurant has been established there (Brass Boer, sister branch of the famous "De Librije" in Zwolle (3 Michelin stars).
Bonaire is known as the number 1 dive site and also has a lot to offer in the field of water sports, nature and hospitality.
The Kitestrand is 3 kilometers away, Sorobon (one of the best windsurfing resorts in the world) at 6 kilometers. The center with all its shops and restaurants is 4 kilometers away.
Recently a supermarket has been opened within walking distance.
The house also offers its own pick-ups that can be used at a greatly reduced rate. There are also two scooters available.
The house is cleaned every week and bed linen is provided.
Guests are picked up from the airport free of charge on arrival and taken to the airport on departure.
In short, everything is there, within reach and of high quality. The all in rate of the house is 195 Euro per night. In the summer holidays the rate is 250 Euro and around Christmas and old / new 350 Euro. For each guest more than two, 10 Euro extra is required for the use of water and electricity.
There are agreements with VIP diving where diving lessons and equipment are available with a 20% discount.
I am the manager / owner / landlord. Ten years on Bonaire and know all the ins and outs. Can my guests point out the best locations, beaches, nightlife, restaurants etc. etc. and I like to do that.
