Kas Goosfraba is a holiday villa built in 2021 and located in the quiet district of La Palma.

You are only a 5 to 10 minute drive from Sorobon for great wind and kite surfing, the center of Kralendijk, the dive or snorkel spots and beaches along the southwest coast of Bonaire. The supermarkets for daily shopping can also be reached within 10 minutes.

If you mainly want to relax, you can relax in the private swimming pool directly adjacent to the terrace. The terrace is furnished with several seating areas to provide the right comfort at any time of the day. The garden has been carefully designed to attract birds and is attractive at any time of the year. The lighting also makes the garden fun to look at in the evening. The terrace and garden are a wonderful extension of the house.

The house is modern and furnished with great care. The living room flows into the open kitchen, which is equipped with high-quality built-in appliances. The kitchen is equipped with all household appliances (eg coffee and tea maker) and all other necessities
(Crockery, cutlery, pans, etc.). The utility room has a washing machine and dryer.

Kas Goosfraba has 3 spacious bedrooms, all with air conditioning and
“en-suite” bathroom with double sink, high towel cabinet, toilet and shower. Two bedrooms have direct access to the terrace and pool. You are also guaranteed comfortable privacy when occupancy by several people.

From the living room, the sliding doors provide direct access to the partially covered pool terrace, where you can enjoy the shade, sun and cooling trade winds that La Palma is known for.

Kas Goosfraba is of course equipped with all comforts such as extra long beds, WIFI, television, outdoor diving sink, screens and ceiling fans throughout the house and on the veranda.

The house is equipped with camera surveillance as burglary prevention. The cameras are set in such a way that the privacy of guests is guaranteed.

Hello we are Chris and Paola
In 1996 we spent a week on Bonaire during a vacation to Aruba. On Bonaire we were impressed by the friendliness of the islanders and the way of life. In addition, the underwater world that we discovered while snorkeling turned out to be incredibly beautiful.
The following year we obtained our diving license in the Netherlands and have been regular visitors to the island ever since. In 2021 we had our dream home built.

Explanation of prices

The stated prices are based on a stay of two persons and excluding tourist tax and a 15% service charge for the manager and for airport transfer, 24/7 support, intermediate and final cleaning and for the use of bed linen and towels.

The service charge, costs for extra persons are included in the calculation as additional costs.
The tourist tax must be paid in advance online or upon arrival at flamingo airport.

Prices include (normal) use of water and electricity.

When booking, 50% of the total rent must be paid in advance. The remaining 50% must be paid 1 month before the start of the stay.

If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will still owe 30% of the rental price; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks up to the start date of the rental period 50%.
