Brisa Diez is a beautiful apartment with communal swimming pool, located in one of the two buildings of Belnem Breeze, near Delfins Beach, the kite beach, sorobon and lots of dive sites.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor, with a covered terrace at the front with a beautiful view and a view of the pool at the back. Brisa Diez has a spacious living room, sitting area, and an open and fully equipped kitchen with a toaster, dishwasher, oven, induction hob and fridge-freezer. The bedrooms both have a double bed, air conditioning and a private bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. The lovely terrace can be reached through the glass sliding doors in the living room.

This terrace is very conveniently located on the wind and offers a great view towards the Sea and the setting sun.

My name is Greetje, I have been living on the beautiful island of Bonaire for 10 years now. Originally I am from Drenthe/Twente. I love nature and that's why we now live in the middle of it, but not too far from all the shops, restaurants and beaches. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
