CARAIBAS is a twin villa in the lively Belnem district with a view of the sea and the beach 300 meters away. Several diving schools and restaurants, including Brassboer (the sister of the Dutch top restaurant De Librije) are nearby.

The holiday rental villa is an exact copy of the owner's villa. All the comforts and technical gadgets that the owner enjoys are also available in the villa for rental.

The villas and pool are fully ready and furnished. In the unique 20-meter swimming pool you can swim lengths. The swimming pool has a skin-friendly electrolysis installation and is open day and night. The owner respects the privacy of the tenants.

Inside and outside you can enjoy a fully integrated Sonos installation with zones. Wired and wireless internet of 50 MBps is available throughout the villa. The house is spacious and spacious, with lots of glass. But fear not: the living room and bedrooms have privacy and blackout screens.

To protect against dust, insects and heat, most windows in the home are closed. The climate control system ensures a pleasant living environment inside and refreshes the air. This is not a traditional air conditioner that can make you cold or stuffy. During the day, the solar panels generate electricity.

There are two large bedrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs, with double beds (two single beds on request). They each have their own bathroom in them. Upstairs there is a third bedroom with bunk beds, which is only accessible from the master bedroom. That is not an independent bedroom, but an extension of the master bedroom. The upstairs bedrooms have beautiful views of the pool and the sea.

The modern white kitchen is fully equipped: a boiling water tap, Senseo coffee machine, induction hob, combi microwave, convection oven and a dishwasher. Near the kitchen is also a separate toilet annex laundry room with European washing machine and dryer.

Due to the special design and furnishings, the villa is not suitable for children under the age of 10. Pets, guide dogs and emotional support animals are not allowed. Receiving visitors from persons who are not staying in Caraibas Bonaire according to the booking is not allowed, unless explicit permission has been given in advance (additional costs, screening and identification may be requested).
