Our luxury holiday home is suitable for 1 to max. 6 people, of which max. 4 adults and max. 2 children under 12 years.
There is the possibility to place 1 baby bed in 1 of the bedrooms, no more.
Arrival at this cottage is 3 pm, departure 10 am.
On the ground floor there is an equipped kitchen and a nice sitting area.
The bathroom consists of a walk-in shower, a sink and a toilet.
There are also 2 bedrooms with a double bed of 1.60 m.
The beds are made on arrival.
There is free WIFI available, we also have digital TV.
On the upper floor (mezzanine) there is a sleeping area with 2 single beds of 90x200cm.
There is a travel cot, dining chair and nursing pillow available for the smallest.
We also have an extra large fridge with freezer compartment in our storage room.
The garden is completely fenced (1.8m), equipped with a picnic table and bbq, there is no privacy.
You can load and unload by parking your car in front of the house.
Afterwards you have to park in a private parking space a few footsteps from the house.
House is not wheelchair accessible.
Smoking inside is prohibited. Smoke detectors are provided. Frying, gourmet and raclette etc is prohibited inside our house.
Upon arrival, check the property for any defects or shortcomings. Are there important things to report?
Please let us know within 24 hours. Subsequent complaints will no longer be considered.

Especially for dog lovers, we allow max. 2 well-bred (= no puppies, untrained dogs)

subject to a small surcharge.
We often notice that owners of dogs usually leave our house tidy.
They check extra for leftover dog hair, they vacuum very regularly and always clean up the dog poop in the garden.
Afterwards we clean again
thoroughly and ventilate before the next tenants arrive, there is
never a dog smell in our cottage.
Due to our strict rules, people with possible allergies have never experienced any nuisance.

to inhabit with due care and to follow the house rules
to respect. This also applies to the tenant with a dog.
