Casa Josine Nieuwpoort is located within Sunparcs Oostduinkerke by the sea. It is a comfortable holiday home, completely renovated since 2022, 800m from the beach in Nieuwpoort.
The house is suitable for 5 people with 2 bedrooms, 1 of which is equipped with a double bed and the other with a triple bunk bed. It has a spacious living/dining area, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, sitting area in a veranda and south-facing terrace with no privacy. In the park there is a subtropical swimming pool, indoor playground, bowling alley, darts, golf course and sauna (all for a fee). There is also an outdoor playground and beach. There is also a shop in the park (close to our holiday home).

Hello! We are Jo and Sara and live in beautiful Limburg (Belgium). We have a holiday home on the Sunparcs domain in Oostduinkerke that we completely renovated in 2022. We regularly go on holiday (or on weekends) there ourselves, so our holiday home is fully furnished.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
  • In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
  • If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
