Indeed... the Waterhoentje is a very quiet place for those who want peace and quiet and still like to stay close to the coast. It is the ideal place for people who like to walk and/or cycle and still have a unique opportunity to enjoy life further >> restaurant or drink or an intimate BBQ on their own terrace and so much more to enjoy, no parking problems driveway with space for 2 vehicles, really what more could you want, the coffee is ready.

The sea is barely 10' cycling or 25' walking, you can go in all directions >> Diksmuide - the coast - Ostend - France....

Also, know that the moorhentje is very easily accessible and is only 2' from the highway, in other words no traffic jams or parking problems here. This is a good start to your holiday, once again the terrace and coffee are ready.

Large garden, large parking for 2 vehicles, private southern terrace, and of course the moat for the moorhen.

Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
Deposit upon confirmation of reservation at least 30 days before the date = 50% of the total amount.
