The duplex apartment with SW sun terrace has 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is suitable for up to 6 people.

The apartment is located on the third and fourth floor in a quiet residence  near the quay and the fish market.
The apartment is very fully equipped by and for food lovers and also equipped with all basic ingredients so that you can enjoy instantly.

You enter the spacious hall on the third floor, which gives access to the master bedroom with box spring, fitted wardrobes and en-suite shower and sink, hairdryer available
From the hall you enter the spacious living space of the apartment. The semi-open kitchen is equipped with refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, vitroceramic fire, extractor hood, combi oven, second (BAR) refrigerator SMEG,
blender, toaster, blender, coffee maker, kettle.
On this level there is also a toilet and storage room with washing machine. Attached to the living room is a spacious SW terrace without vis-à-vis with lounge set 

The open staircase leads to floor 4 where you will find bedroom 2 (double bed auping), bedroom 3 (single bed convertible into double bed) and bathroom with bath and sink (hairdryer available), 
You also have an underground parking space and bicycle storage
During the summer months we optionally rent out our equipped beach cabin (wind sail, 4 folding chairs, parasol, toys)
