8 years ago we found this dream house in a prime location.
Together with our children it is always a holiday feeling here.
We love walking, sometimes along the sea, sometimes through the dunes or through the forest... a nice trip from our house to the center.
Enjoying life and good food, we like to participate in that.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

There are the following additional costs per rental period:
Mandatory final cleaning : 85 euros / booking
Deposit : 350 euro/ booking
Electricity : Included (normal consumption week = 75kwh) -- additional consumption 40 ct / kwh
Water : Included (normal consumption: week = 2 cubic meters) -- additional consumption 8 euros / cubic meter
Pellets: €8 per bag

We will send you the rental agreement by email as soon as possible.

Amount due in case of cancellation:

Cancellation up to 90 days before the start of the rental period: free of charge
50%: between 90 and 30 days before arrival
100%: less than 30 days before arrival

We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance with your insurer if you want to play it safe.
