The apartment is suitable for families and a company of friends.
It is equipped with every comfort. There is also an underground parking for 1 car and a storage room. Charging station is available (we have a list of the different charging cards that are compatible). There is also an elevator.

Duvets and pillows are provided.

Not a single tree was killed for the construction of this apartment. The former restaurant has been replaced by this construction. There are solar panels on the roof to supply electricity from the common parts. The heating is provided by a heat pump.

Cleaning is included in the rental price.

Because of the peace and quiet and out of respect for the other residents in the apartment, the apartment is not rented to young people.
