The energy costs cover : infrared sauna, whirlpool, electricity, heating, wifi and garbage.
For stays of more than 3 nights, the deposit is increased to 600 €. Indeed, the deposit is reduced by all costs (consumption, final cleaning, water and tourist tax).
We accept a well-behaved dog (15 € per stay)
Cancellation costs :
- up to 31 days before arrival: deposit;
- afterwards: rent.
Attention: an arrival on Monday or Friday is sometimes problematic for us. This depends on the availability of the cleaning lady. This does not apply to a reservation for a weekend. An arrival on Friday for a weekend is always possible.
