This cozy vacation home offers every comfort.
On the ground floor there is a well-equipped kitchen with dining room, a cozy living room, a bathroom (with toilet) and one bedroom. There is also a small veranda in which you can place things or let them dry if necessary.
On the first floor you have a bedroom with shower and a bedroom with sink + 1 bathroom with toilet and a separate toilet. The house is for a maximum of 6 people. If desired, we can offer 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.
On the left side of the house there is a lawn (sun in the morning) and on the right there is nice and large terrace (sun in the afternoon and evening). There is ample parking for 3 cars. In the basement there is space for bicycles (with charging points).
The house is located in the center of La Roche in a cul-de-sac (very quiet) and within walking distance of all shops and restaurants. The house is located next to the park of La Roche where the river Ourthe flows. From the house or from the terrace you have a beautiful view of the surroundings and the castle of La Roche.
