Holiday home Ardennes for 12 persons.
Our farmhouse dates from 1840 and was converted into a spacious and cozy holiday home.
The house consists of two floors that are connected by a staircase indoors. In addition to authentic elements, the house is equipped with all modern comforts, such as a smart TV and kitchen appliances.
There are a total of six double bedrooms, one of which is a walk-through room. Together with the bedroom behind them, they form a four-person family room. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor, three on the 1st floor and one in the attic.
There are 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets, 2 living rooms and 2 kitchens. On the 1st floor are the large shared living room with robust dining table with generous space for 12 people and the main kitchen. Since the house is built in a slope, the 1st floor feels like ground floor. In the entrance downstairs there is an air hockey table.
Behind our child-friendly house is a large fenced garden with playground equipment and large trampoline. From the house and the various terraces, one of which is covered, you have an unobstructed view of the meadows where deer regularly come to graze.
Far away from mass tourism but with various walking, cycling and mountain biking routes directly at home. An ideal location for families or friends who appreciate space, tranquility and nature.
Please note: Because of the historic character, there are steps to be taken into account, doors, stairs and sometimes low and narrow passages. It is therefore not suitable for wheelchairs or walkers.
With this rental option, only (long) weekend rental is possible (2 or 3 nights). Dogs are not allowed with us.
