Lodge 205 is located on the holiday domain Sunclass in Durbuy, only 3 km from
the cozy city center with all its sights. The park
has a well-kept brasserie with spacious terrace and recently renovated
playground, various activities such as swimming (indoor), tennis,
table tennis, mini-golf, basket, football, petanque, ... Within walking distance
is located Adventure Valley with challenging and exciting
altitude course. In the area you can also canoe, cycle and beautiful
walks in the nature around Durbuy.

Lodge 205 is suitable for 4 people and has 2 bedrooms, the
the first is equipped with a double bed and the other with 2
single beds. Furthermore, the lodge has a spacious living room,
cozy dining area, fully equipped kitchen and a functional
bathroom with shower. The lodge is also equipped with a SmartTV with
DVD, free wifi and a spacious cozy terrace overlooking the
valley/mountains.

Hi, we are Natalie & Jurgen and besides being proud parents of 2 big boys we are also bon vivants.

That is why we bought this bungalow at Sunclass Durbuy in October 2021. We have completely transformed it into a lodge so that our guests can enjoy nature in peace and quiet. Enjoy Lodge 205 Durbuy

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Arrival between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM (Fridays until 9:00 PM). Expect you
to arrive at closing time of the reception? Then call us before 5:30 PM for the
key transfer. On December 24 you can, because of
Christmas Eve, pick up your key until 5:00 PM at the latest. No arrivals on
December 25 or January 1. Departure before 10:00 am on the day of departure.

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (also
if, for example, this has already been passed on by telephone to the
lessor).The lessor will charge the following amounts,
depending on the date of written cancellation by the renter:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If
the tenant only communicates none on the commencement date or during the rental period
to make (more) use of the rented property, he remains the
full rent due.

* every day from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (except Friday)
