Midweek for as little as € 400, a weekend from € 500 a week from € 750, each normal cleaning, normal use electric, water and heating INCLUS!

Very cozy furnishings: large comfortable living room with fireplace and large wooden table, full kitchen with all the necessary amenities, 3 beautiful bathrooms, 4 tweepersoonslpks with double bed (8 adults) and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (for 4 children or 4 adults) - this is also a console with TV. Very large garden with swing, landscaped petanque pitch and pleasant terrace, garage with ping pong table and 2 BBQ devices. At 600m there is a magnificent hiking and 300m you can find a nice mountain bike route.

We are a couple with a small daughter who love to gather with friends or family in the Ardennes linger and then we put our house available to people like us who enjoy the peace and nature, and prefer to do this in a pleasant environment, in a home with the warmth and cosiness of home. Explanation of prices

Very simple, we have 3 rates:
Low season: mid-weeks, weeks and weekends throughout the year
Mid-season: mid-weeks, weeks and weekends with a public holiday or school holiday.
High season: only possible to rent per full week, including week of Christmas, week of New Year's Eve, the 8 weeks during the major holidays, between July 1 and August 31.

Mid-week = Monday 4:00 PM to Friday 10:00 AM
Weekend = Friday 4:00 PM to Sunday 7:00 PM

Please note: we cannot fully adapt the Micazu calendar to our way of working. Weekends and holiday weeks are indeed until Sunday evening and not until Monday, we must provide time to arrange the cleaning, we have taken this into account in the prices.
This year (2023) the festive weeks of Christmas and New Year will be from Friday 4 pm to Thursday 7 pm, given that the holidays this year always fall on Sun/Mon, which is normally a changeover day for us.
We are flexible, so feel free to ask about the conditions for an extra night(s)/day(s).
