The farm is located in a beautiful region that offers many recreational opportunities such as various hiking trails, swimming (Ourthe, 5 min), fishing, tennis/squash opportunities, canoe and horseback riding (5 min). Layout ground floor with living room and kitchen Through the entrance hall you enter the attractive living room. The living room is spacious and has a beautiful ceiling with beams. The room consists of a living area with comfortable seating facilities and a dining area with an authentic dining table that seats 16 - 18 people. A second living room offers further ample seating and has a wood burning stove/fireplace. There is also a piano here. Both living rooms offer an unobstructed view of the adjacent forest area and the vast meadows. The kitchen can accommodate 10 - 14 people. The kitchen has all important facilities such as dishwasher, oven, microwave and other kitchen utensils. The kitchen has direct access to the terrace and garden. A toilet is located in the hall. - 3 spacious bedrooms, 1 at the back
- Bathroom with a double sink, bath including shower facility, a separate shower and washing machine

Farm layout is as follows:
- Ground floor: 1 hall, 1 well-equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher), 1 dining room, 1 sitting room (Stereo with CD player, stove), 1 gentleman's room (color TV+cable, video, DVD player, fireplace stove, piano), 1 WC, 1 storage room.
- 1st fl.: 1 two- to four-person bedroom (1 x 2 + 1 x 2 both queens + cot), 1 three-person bedroom (1 x 2 + 1 x 1), 1 two-person bedroom (1 x 2), 1 bathroom ( bath and separate shower, 2 washbasins, washing machine) and a separate toilet (washbasin, WC).
- 2nd floor: 1 two to three person bedroom (1 x 1 + 1 x 2, washbasin) with access to a 1 to 3 person bedroom (2 x 1 + 1 x 1) with separate shower and washbasin.
