A HOUSE WITH A VIEW
Roc du Paradis is located on top of a rock, looking down on a meander of the Semois and the surrounding forests. The small former hotel has been converted with great care into a spacious holiday home. In the central living room you can enjoy a beautiful 270° panorama of the beautiful Semois valley. The house has 11 rooms with made beds and 11 private bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living areas, a sauna, pool table and beautiful terraces with an exceptional view.

We provide bed, bath and kitchen linen and wood.

The combination of the overwhelming nature and the beautiful house form the perfect setting for memorable family gatherings, cycling weekends and reunions.
Chiny is located in Gaume, in the south of the province of Luxembourg.
There are plenty of relaxation options for athletes, hikers and bon vivants.

Explanation of prices

Unfortunately, arrival on Sunday is NOT possible.

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must immediately inform the landlord of this. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed in writing or by email to the landlord.

 If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will still owe 30% of the rental price; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks until the start date of the rental period 50%. If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.

Kayaking with the whole group on the Semois River is within walking distance!
There is also a nice beach where you can play in the river with the children.

The Orval brewery, within the walls of the Notre-Dame d'Orval Abbey, is just 15 minutes from Chiny. The Cistercian abbey with its ruins, museum and fascinating history is really worth a visit. You will also learn everything about Orval and its fruity and bitter taste in the exclusive world of the real Trappists.
