Our cottage, suitable for max. 5 people,  is located in a cul-de-sac in Magoster (district of Rendeux), with a view of a meadow at the front and a forest at the back, from which the walks and mountain bike trails immediately depart. The cottage is equipped with the necessary comfort, spacious living room and kitchen with all possible appliances, as well as a dishwasher. Recently renovated bathroom. Large terrace with lounge set. Possibility of barbecuing.

Garden about 750 m2 with petanque court. Use of 2 mountain bikes is possible for a small fee. (30€/mtb/stay)

Consumption of electricity, water and gas will be deducted from the deposit. For more information about the price, please contact the landlord. We do not offer bed linen/bath linen, nor kitchen towels as standard. Exceptions are possible on request.
Pets not allowed due to allergy owner!

We are Marie-Paule and Reginald and we live in East Flanders, Belgium. We have been big fans of the Ardennes for quite some time and so we bought this chalet 9 years ago. The location of the chalet, the nature, the tranquility and distant walks immediately attracted us. Our focus is also on other countries and we especially like Italy.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Free use of Wi-Fi is included in the price. 
There are 2 mountain bikes available. These can be used for the entire period for a small fee of 30€.

Cancellation Policy: 
If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
  • cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
  • Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
