Our EXCLUSIVE PENTHOUSE is located directly on the slopes/alm, right next to the gondola at the middle station of the “Panoramabahn Kitzbüheler Alpen” (1200 m). It is located in the large, snow-sure and renowned skiing and hiking area of the "Kitzbühel Alps".
WINTER
To ski:
The adjacent gondola provides access to the largest connected ski area in Austria; the Kitzbühel Alps, 200 km of slopes and SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixenthal, 279 km of slopes.
This means that you can visit the following places on your skis:
Kitzbühel, Kirchberg, Jochberg, Pass Thurn, Mittersill/Hollersbach, Westendorf, Brixen im Thale, Ellmau, Going, Söll, Scheffau, Hopfgarten and Itter.
Cross-country skiing:
On the other side of the apartment is the Hochmoor trail, length 22 km, just like the penthouse, the trail is at 1200 meters. height and is therefore virtually guaranteed snow. This trail is located on a so-called “Sonnen Plateau” with a unique view of the 3000 m high snow-capped mountains of the Hohe Tauern National Park.
If you take the adjacent gondola to the valley, you will find the unique “Pinzga-Loipe”, length 130, behind the valley station!!! km, You can cross-country ski to Krimml (of the Krimmler Waterfalls), Kaprun or Zell am See. In Mittersill itself you will find the “Blizzard Trail”, length 3 km, which is illuminated at night. The area around the penthouse invites you to make fun trips with the children.
With the gondola you can descend into the valley and do your shopping on foot in the idyllic small village of Hollersbach.
There is a beautiful natural swimming lake in Hollersbach, which is enjoyable for the children but also for you. On the waterfront you have a beautiful view of the beautiful alpine massif of the Hohe Tauern National Park.

THE PENTHOUSE
The luxurious penthouse has an east-facing balcony of 6 m2 and a south-facing terrace of 25 m2.
From the parking garage you step into the elevator that takes you directly to the living room of the penthouse with a special key.
The height of the living room is 4.80 m. A beautiful mezzanine floor with glass balustrade has been created here.
The master bed is located here, we installed a large dormer window here at the end of 2020, so you now also have a view of the slopes.
From your luxurious box spring you can look directly into the Hohe Tauern National Park.
On the ground floor there is the living room with wooden floor and wood-burning stove, the luxury kitchen with, among other things, a dishwasher and the 1st bathroom. With windows up to the ceiling, this space is beautiful!
The stairs down take you to the 2nd bedroom with compact 2nd bathroom.
The 2nd bedroom has a 3-layer bunk bed.
