Residenz Neukirchen

Our exclusive apartment, is located right next to the gondola of the Wildkogel Bahnen in Neukirchen am Großvenediger, only separated by the ski rental.
The apartment is part of "Residenz Neukirchen Wildkogelbahnen" and is located on the edge of the cozy center of Neukirchen. The gondola, ski rental, bakery, pub and supermarket and the center are therefore right next door. The apartment was redecorated in 2023 with new furniture, new mattresses and curtains. 

In the morning from your luxury box spring immediately in the adjacent gondola to the beautiful slopes at 2150 meters altitude. Around the complex there are several catering establishments where you can enjoy après-ski or food. Opposite "Residenz Neukirchen Wildkogelbahnen" you will find a Spar supermarket. Next to Residenz Neukirchen Wildkogelbahnen is the ski rental "Sport 2000 Herzog" located. Ski School Neukirchen can be found on the other side of the gondola.
In the summer you will receive the Nationalpark Sommercard for free, which gives you free access to, among other things; the adjacent gondas and all the gondolas nearby, all the swimming pools nearby, many activities!

There is a secure parking garage in the basement of the complex. Here you can safely park your cars for the entire holiday (2 parking spaces included free of charge). There is an elevator. Our guests can use the luxurious wellness area with 2 saunas and a relaxation room.

The ski area, Wildkogel Arena (Neukirchen and Bramberg), altitude 2150 meters, has a total of 75 km of slopes and also the longest toboggan run, length 14 km!, in all of Europe. Would you like to ski somewhere else for a day? This is possible in the extensive ski areas of the Zillertal Arena, (Königsleiten, Gerlos, Hochkrimml, Zell am Ziller) with 160 km of slopes, or in the Kitzbühel Alps, (Kitzbühel, Kirchberg, Jochberg, Pass, Thurn and Hollersbach) with 170 km of slopes. Both ski areas are approximately 15 and 8 minutes drive from the apartments.
Of course, these areas can also be reached by the free ski bus, which stops in front of the door. This way you have 400 km of slopes at your fingertips.

Thanks to the cooperation with the Zillertal Arena and the Kitzbühel Alps, you can access the ski area of the Wildkogel Arena as well as the extensive ski area of the Zillertal Arena and the Kitzbühel Alps with one ski pass.

"Residenz Neukirchen Wildkogelbahnen" is built in the luxury design style of this region; with the use of natural stone, wood and glass, high ceilings for beautiful light, plastered surfaces and authentic old wood elements. Terrace with a view of the gondola "Wildkogel Bahnen"

The luxury apartment has a terrace with glass balustrade on the south/west of 14.5 m2 with a magnificent view of the village and the mountains of National Park Hohe Tauern. The apartment is all on one level and has wooden floors and a wood stove.
The beautiful living room has a high ceiling with open kitchen. The terrace side of the apartment is entirely made of glass and has sliding doors. Of course, the internet/Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 bathroom en-suite).

At the entrance, in the master bedroom, is the master bed en-suite here is the 1st bathroom, a rustic oak bunk bed has been added to this bedroom.
In the long hall are 2 double bedrooms and the 2nd bathroom. Of course, all bedrooms are equipped with luxury box-spring beds with memory foam top mattresses. All bedrooms have antler lamps that create a pleasant atmosphere. In the living room you will find an armchair and a large luxury corner sofa, The dining area with 2 antler chandeliers above it, can seat 8 people, a spacious dining sofa and 4 chairs. The beautiful kitchen has a dishwasher, oven and microwave. With windows in the ceiling, this space is beautiful.

Parking: free 2 fixed parking spaces in the parking garage.
In the public parking lot 1 floor up, there are 2 electric charging stations for the car, so these are not exclusively for the apartment.
Pets are not allowed
Non-smoking apartment, smoking on the terrace is allowed

Nationalpark Sommercard: A summer holiday with many extras. The Nationalpark Sommercard is included during your stay, including the day of arrival and the day of departure. The card is valid in the summer months, from 1 May to 31 October. One attraction per day for free with the Nationalpark Sommercard, including all gondolas and swimming pools in the area!

Good to know; we do NOT use surcharges for the May and autumn holidays. It is then low season in Austria, which means that the adjacent gondola may be closed, related to e.g. the slide path and the mountain cards will be closed. Of course, nature is always open!
