Our luxury apartment/studio has been completely renovated, discover the perfect combination of style, comfort and ultimate enjoyment in the luxury of our loft-style apartment "The Suite in Königsleiten". With a high ceiling that creates a feeling of spaciousness, this apartment stands out for its modern appearance, luxurious finishes and high-quality materials. This trendy loft offers a living-living-sleeping space in one, with a comfortable (sleeping) sofa 200x160 and a luxurious double box-spring bed. The sleeping area is separated by a robust wooden room divider for extra privacy. You can create the tastiest meals in the modern kitchen, fully equipped with high-quality appliances and stylish furnishings. The beautiful bathroom has a walk-in shower, a toilet, a double sink and very nice, a washing machine and dryer. From the studio you step onto the sunny balcony (fully south), where you can enjoy the sun from morning until late. Located on the top floor, it offers breathtaking views of the mountains. And for relaxation after a day full of adventure in the mountains, you can enjoy the sunset on the balcony with a good book or drink. The apartment has a smart TV and the Sonos system for music. In winter, "De Suite Königsleiten" offers a perfect base for a versatile winter sports holiday, located in the snow-sure mountain village of Königsleiten at an altitude of 1600 meters. Within walking distance (125 meters) you are on the adjacent Märchenwald piste, which is located in the middle of the snow-sure Zillertal Arena ski area. From here you can take the 'Sonnwendkopf' ski gondola, which takes you up to Königsleiten, and you will also find the chair lift that takes you to Hochkrimml. The extensive Zillertal Arena ski area includes many kilometers of slopes for both experienced and less experienced winter sports enthusiasts and there are also various options for cross-country skiing enthusiasts. On the practice slopes in the village you can practice the basics of skiing or snowboarding or go sledding with the children. After all the effort you can use a delicious meal, for which the restaurants around the apartment offer delicious Austrian cuisine.

In summer there is plenty to discover in the area around Königsleiten.
The "Arena Coaster " (summer toboggan run) is not only fun for the children: fun, action and speed await you on this alpine roller coaster in the Zillertal. The 1,450 m long coaster fun starts directly at the valley station in Zell am Ziller and is the attraction for young and old all year round with various drops, steep turns and jumps. A 360° roundabout and a 540° roundabout provide extra adrenaline during your summer holiday in the Zillertal.
Action enthusiasts will not be short of anything here: the "Almflieger Gerlosstein", an extension of the Flying Fox, offers all Arena guests even more fun, action and an unparalleled view from a bird's eye view. The Almflieger runs over 4 routes with a length of up to 738 m and whizzes over the Gerlosstein area at a maximum speed of 50 km/h. You go up with the Gerlossteinbahn, directly at the mountain station you will find the entrance to the Almflieger. At the mountain station in Königsleiten, of the Dorfbahn, a unique Sagenerlebnis (legendary experience) awaits young and old at the Kröndlwurmsee and the exciting "GipfelLiner". Numerous adventure stations   like a wooden marble track   make a day in this nature playground   something special.
Of course, the panoramic Großglockner High Alpine Road is also recommended, where you can enjoy unforgettable views both by bike and by car. There are various stops along the way for a snack and a drink, as a starting point for beautiful walks and there are several playgrounds for children. The longest waterfalls in Europe are located in the adjacent village of Krimml, a beautiful nature experience.
During hot summer days, the Durlaβboden reservoir offers refreshment, where you can swim, row, sail and surf! Here, both young and old can have a great time all day long. The playground next to the lake offers fun for the younger children and there is the possibility of barbecuing. There's no better way to end a summer day.
