Beautiful luxury apartment (completely renovated and luxuriously furnished in 2024/2025) on the first floor (elevator available) with two bedrooms and a bathroom, a maximum of 4 adults and 2 (small) children, kitchen and a lovely sunny balcony.
The ski bus stops opposite the apartment and there is also a slope. We walk to the village (where everything is available and where there is access to the entire ski area) and leave our skis and accessories in a locker. Nice après ski on regular shoes.
The ski area is Maria Alm (Hochkönig) 120 kilometers of slopes, also several areas can be reached within a short distance, such as Saalbach/Hinterglemm or Kaprun.
At about 300 m there is a beautiful golf course where you can enjoy a fantastic view in the summer.
