Our luxury chalet is ideally located, right in the centre of the picturesque village of Hinterglemm with stunning views of the village and the slopes. Less than 200 meters walk away you will find 3 different ski lifts with which you have direct access to the ski area of Saalbach / Hinterglemm / Leogang and the children's ski school of Hinterglemm is also less than 200 meters away! In the Skicircus Saalbach/Hinterglemm/Leogang you have approx. 200 km of varied slopes and approx. 55 ski lifts at your disposal. You can also use the approximately 120 km of cross-country ski trails in the area.

Chalet description
The luxury chalet has a typical warm Austrian look with lots of wood and so-called altholz and is really fully equipped such as free wifi and television.

Ground floor
On the ground floor 2 covered parking spaces (the chalet is located in the middle of the village and is easily accessible without snow chains), a spacious hall and ski room with heated ski boot holder and storage space for 12 pairs of skis.

First floor
On the first floor 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom with 2-person king-size bed, television, view of the ski slopes of Hinterglemm and access to the balcony. Equipped with a luxurious bathroom with bath, shower, double sink, toilet and underfloor heating. In addition, 2 double bedrooms with a view of the valley and access to the balcony and 2 bathrooms with shower, sink, toilet and underfloor heating.

Second floor
On the second floor the attractive living area with a spacious living room and a sloping beamed ceiling with gallery and beautiful views of the ski slopes and the village! The chalet is equipped with a spacious modern kitchen with appliances such as an induction hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher and fridge with freezer. The kitchen is particularly complete to be able to offer everything in the culinary field in the evening. The Austrian dining area of altholz and the cozy bay window of altholz (again both with a view of the valley) make it a joy to be "at home" here.
