On the outskirts of quiet village of Mariapfarr in the beautiful Lungau stands our detached, comfortable and spacious house with lots of glass and beautiful views. Spacious, enclosed garden with lovely south-facing terrace with garden furniture and parasol where you can enjoy delicious food. The modern house has a fully equipped open kitchen, underfloor heating, luxurious bathrooms, cozy living room with large TV and an additional games room. Space for 2 cars on the property. A short distance away are 4 fantastic ski areas. Beautiful cycling opportunities and walking opportunities. Samsunn wellness centre and outdoor swimming pool 1 minute walk away, restaurant and shops 5 minutes walk away. House Sonnenweg is very comfortably equipped, energy-neutral and offers every family a wonderful base for a relaxing holiday. For summer and winter, ideal for family.

We are a family from the middle of the country and have owned this house since 2007. Since then, we have always strived to make the house even more fun and comfortable. We have been renting out Haus Sonnenweg since 2016, both in summer and winter. It is an ideal house for a family with children and hope that our guests enjoy it as much as we do.
