The luxurious Apartment Top D19 is located on the 1st floor of the Kaprun Mountain Resort.

This design apartment was completely restyled and renovated just before the summer of 2023. Very spacious and furnished with very beautiful design furniture: a beautiful large table in the living room with a large luxurious sofa in the relax / TV corner. The sunny south-facing balcony is directly accessible through the patio doors from the spacious living room. You have a truly magnificent view of the village center of Kaprun, the Kitzsteinhorn glacier, the Maiskogel and the surrounding mountains. Also present: terrace heating.

The large living room with open kitchen is the heart of the apartment. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven, etc. The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (1 with bath and 1 with shower). The 3rd bathroom, which is equipped with a shower (folding shower chair + safety rail) and toilet + safety rail, has an open connection with the master bedroom through a sliding door. This master bedroom also has a balcony.

The apartment has 2 parking spaces in the parking garage. The apartment can be reached from the parking garage via the elevator. The swimming pool and sauna are located directly below the apartment and can also be reached by elevator. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the complex.

In short, this apartment offers, for both able-bodied and disabled people, all the ingredients for a wonderful relaxing summer or winter holiday !!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Once you have made the reservation and received our confirmation email, you have 48 hours to transfer the 30% deposit. 6 weeks before arrival we ask you to transfer the remaining payment.
If your arrival date is within 6 weeks of the booking date, you must transfer 100% of the amount.
You can cancel free of charge up to 6 weeks before arrival; We will then refund the payment(s), minus 27 euros bank fees.
Payments are made through our site: we will send you an email with the details.
The prices include final cleaning, tourist tax, service costs, bed linen, bath towels, etc.
