Lovely family home that has been in the family for many years. Both exterior and interior exude that typical Austrian atmosphere, with lots of woodwork and nice details. Extremely suitable for two families, 4 adults and 4 children. Fully equipped and parking on site. Large sun terrace and spacious garden to romp around in. In winter you are between two major ski areas, Saalbach-Hinterglem-Leogang and Zell am See. In summer, 5 minutes away from the cleanest lake in Europe. The Kitzsteinhorn is also a 15-minute drive away, where you can enjoy winter sports on the glacier 9 months a year.

Thank you for checking on our house. My name is Joost Doomen and I have been coming several times a year to our beautiful house since I was twelve years old. Previously with my parents, now with my own children, friends and / or family. Both in summer, with more and more active possibilities, like in winter, the setting is great. and it's nice to come home on the spacious terrace or relax by the fireplace. Hopefully you enjoy the house as much as we have been doing for many years.

Explanation of prices

When you arrive, the beds are made and you have access to a large and a small towel. You pay €25.00 pp for this

You must leave the house broom clean. We charge €120 for the final cleaning.

It's our private house. We hope you respect that. We ask for a small deposit to cover minor accidents. The deposit is €500. After you return home, this will be refunded immediately after deduction of the final cleaning.

The living room with loft and sloping beamed ceiling has a warm atmosphere and is decorated in typical Austrian style
The cozy dining area in the kitchen can accommodate more than 10 people.
The chalet is located in the center of Hinterglemm within walking distance of the ski lifts and ski school. Even the illuminated night slope is within walking distance.
The master bedroom with direct view of the slopes and a door to the balcony. Spacious closets and direct access to the main bathroom.
The large bathroom has a bath, shower, 2 sinks, toilet and underfloor heating. Luxurious and equipped with all comforts such as a rain shower and a regular shower.
The typical Austrian bay in Altholz performed just to read a book or watch at your leisure (with a view of the mountains!) Television

The 4th bedroom is considerably enlarged and also extremely atmospheric with Altholz and windows at the back and towards the living room.
You park your car directly under the house and that you have during your stay is no longer necessary. There is room for 3 cars
