It is located between two ski lifts. Haus Gerlinde has a typical Austrian appearance, with a cozy interior in a warm color scheme. There are three bedrooms, two of which have a balcony. One bedroom has a double bed and a double loft bed and two bedrooms have a double bed. Two bathrooms, one with bath and one with shower. Separate toilet. Spacious hall with large wardrobe. Washer and dryer. Storage room annex ski room. Sofa bed in the living room. Fully equipped open kitchen, fully equipped (including dishwasher, oven, microwave, large refrigerator, separate freezer, sandwich maker, toaster). Spacious Austrian dining area.
From the living room you can reach the terrace. Due to the altitude and the wide valley, the sun sets relatively late! Enjoy your apres ski! Two parking spaces on site and a permanent parking space in the general parking garage.
