Penthouse Top24 located directly in the center of Kaprun within walking distance of the ski lifts and is a wonderful apartment to spend your holiday with friends or family. This beautiful three room penthouse gives you all the luxury and convenience for a successful holiday.

The entire apartment is finished to a very high standard and fully equipped. The modern, luxurious penthouse has a lovely sheltered balcony from which you have a beautiful view of the center of Kaprun. The cozy and spacious living room is the place to relax together with family or friends by the fireplace, or to dine at the large dining table. The apartment has three bedrooms, each with its own character and equipped with spacious wardrobes. There are two spacious bathrooms, one of which is equipped with a bathtub.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Once you have made the reservation and received our confirmation email, you have 48 hours to transfer the 30% deposit. 6 weeks before arrival we ask you to transfer the remaining payment.
If your arrival date is within 6 weeks of the booking date, you must transfer 100% of the amount.
You can cancel free of charge up to 6 weeks before arrival; We will then refund the payment(s), minus 27 euros bank fees.
Payments are made through our site: we will send you an email with the details.
The prices include final cleaning, tourist tax, service costs, bed linen, bath towels, etc.
